How to get someone else to pay your mortgage... taking "Stop paying someone elses mortgage" a step further...

A lot of realtors will say “stop paying someone else’s mortgage” but I’d take it a step further and say “why not have someone pay yours?” 💰 ⁣

Buying a house will give you the opportunity to stop throwing your money away when renting, but it also gives you the opportunity to be the landlord. ⁣

I have a few clients right now who plan to have roommates when they buy there home and it’s what I did when I first bought. ⁣

It’s a great way to pay down your mortgage and build equity in your home simply by sharing your space. ⁣

Also did you know when looking at duplexes you can use a rental agreement towards your loan pre-approval? ⁣
This means by having someone in place as your renter on the other unit, you can put that towards your loan and afford more 🏡 ⁣
