 Lily made the process of buying my first home a dream. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and would send me links to listings that she thought I'd be interested in. She took all of my questions in stride and made sure to find out the answers if she didn't already know. She's knowledgeable about market trends, neighborhoods, and what kind of house you'd be getting for your money. She communicated very well between us and the sellers and got us all the information we needed. Would absolutely recommend!!

Wow, I really can't say enough about the job Lily did helping me find and get settled into my first home. To start out, she did a wonderful job both helping me understand what the whole home-buying process looks like and the role that both her and I would play in it.

From there, she pretty quickly picked up on the things that matter most to me in a home and got us looking at properties REAL quickly, which was super exciting!

Then once I finally settled on a place, she did a fantastic job on my behalf negotiating the terms of the purchase towards something I was comfortable with, even saving me a good deal of money in the end!

And finally, once the purchase process was initiated, she was oh so helpful and communicative, ensuring that I knew where we were at any given moment during the escrow process. And now here we are! Seriously, Lily is a truly incredible realtor - I honestly could not have asked for a smoother first experience purchasing a house, and it's in large part thanks to her. Highly, highly recommended!
