When out showing homes and out on brokers tour I see a lot of amazing design inspiration in staged homes, and owner occupied homes.

Swings! I have been seeing cute swings pop up in more and more staged listings recently and I personally love it!

It is such a cute addition to a child OR adult space.

Fun wallpaper!

While traditional wallpaper can be a commitment, with the new popularity in stick on wallpaper, we are seeing a resurgence of fun wallpaper designs being used throughout homes.

Have a podcast? Why not dedicate a space and make your own professional studio! We saw this one out while touring homes and thought it was a great at home setup.
