Yet when buying/selling your largest asset, making sure the realtor you are interviewing is truly the best fit for you is so crucial.
Reviews, the number of sales, web presence are all important, but one of the biggest factors is do you feel comfortable with them?
When you meet with a realtor, make sure they are someone you think you can connect with, trust, and can call on when needed.
You will be working with this person for months, and you might need to call them when your overwhelmed mid-day and feeling crazed. It’s great to have someone you can be open with and communicate with.
And most importantly you trust.
One great way to find a realtor you will enjoy working with is to ask people you know, love, and trust who they recommend.
If you like them, there is a better chance you will like their realtor as well.
